1. Definitions
- KidSpot refers to the KidSpot platform and services.
- Partner refers to venue owners, businesses, and users who register venues through the KidSpot Partner Portal.
- Customer refers to users who browse and book venues through KidSpot.
- Platform refers to the KidSpot website, applications, and services.
2. Eligibility
To use KidSpot Partner:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must have authority to represent your venue or business
- You must provide accurate information
- You must comply with applicable laws and regulations
3. Account Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Protecting login credentials
- Providing accurate information
- Updating information when necessary
- Activities performed through their account
KidSpot is not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from failure to protect account credentials.
4. Venue Information
Partners agree that all venue information submitted to KidSpot:
- Must be accurate
- Must not be misleading
- Must not violate laws
- Must not infringe intellectual property rights
- Must not contain inappropriate or offensive content
KidSpot reserves the right to modify, reject, suspend, or remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Venue Verification
KidSpot may request verification documents, including:
- National ID
- Business license
- Contact verification
- Additional supporting information
Verification does not guarantee venue quality, customer satisfaction, or future business results.
KidSpot reserves the right to approve or reject venue verification requests.
6. Booking Requests
KidSpot acts as a platform connecting customers and partners. Partners understand that:
- Booking requests are not guaranteed bookings
- Partners are responsible for managing availability
- Partners are responsible for confirming or rejecting requests
- Partners are responsible for communicating accurate information
KidSpot does not guarantee a minimum number of bookings.
7. Fees & Payments
During early access:
- Partner access may be free
Future services may include:
- Featured listings
- Promotional services
- Subscription plans
- Additional business tools
Any future fees will be clearly communicated before implementation.
8. Prohibited Activities
Partners must not:
- Provide false information
- Create duplicate or fraudulent accounts
- Manipulate ratings or reviews
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload malicious software
- Misuse the platform
- Violate laws or regulations
- Harass customers or other users
9. Ratings & Reviews
Customers may leave ratings and reviews regarding venue experiences. Partners agree that:
- Reviews may be publicly displayed
- KidSpot may remove abusive or inappropriate content
- KidSpot is not responsible for customer opinions
Manipulating reviews is strictly prohibited.
10. Intellectual Property
KidSpot and its content — including logos, branding, designs, software, features, and graphics — remain the property of KidSpot and its licensors.
Partners retain ownership of content they upload but grant KidSpot permission to display and use such content for platform operations and marketing purposes.
11. Suspension & Termination
KidSpot may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- False information is provided
- Platform misuse occurs
Partners may stop using the platform at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
KidSpot provides the platform on an “as available” basis. KidSpot is not responsible for:
- Business losses
- Revenue losses
- Missed bookings
- Customer disputes
- Technical interruptions
- Third-party service failures
To the maximum extent allowed by law, KidSpot's liability is limited.
13. Changes to Terms
KidSpot may update these Terms at any time. When changes occur:
- The "Last Updated" date will be updated
- Significant changes may be communicated through email or platform notifications
Continued use of KidSpot indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations within the jurisdiction where KidSpot operates.
